A source is a platform or data feed KONTEXT listens to, such as review platforms, forums, news and RSS feeds, or social platforms. Each plan includes a set number of sources that determines how much of the digital conversation we can listen to at once.
On Enterprise plans, you can request additional sources if you need them. Just get in touch with us and we'll set up a quick call to discuss details. Since more sources require more computing power and data processing, they come with an additional fee.
By default, KONTEXT refreshes your insights once per day. This keeps sentiment, trends, risks, and opportunities aligned with the latest public conversations.
If you want to update manually, just press on "Update Sentiment score" on the Dashboard page.
Starter includes one seat. Pro and Enterprise plans allow admins to add additional seats so teams can work together in the same workspace. Each person gets their own topics, cities, and credit budget.
Administrators can invite or remove users via Profile → Team by clicking Invite.
All payments are handled securely through Stripe. This means you can use standard payment methods and your billing details are managed safely and reliably.

If you’re working on a small project or exploring a single city, Starter is a good place to begin. Just keep in mind that our engine analyzes only a limited number of sources, so it may not always be able to capture conversations that match very specific topics or filters.
Pro is designed for teams and ongoing work across multiple cities and topics. Enterprise is for organizations that need more scale and customization.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time in Profile → Plan & Billing. This page shows your full billing breakdown and how the total price is calculated. Administrators can also update payment details (such as email for invoices, or credit card details) there.
Yes. Invoices are automatically sent to your email address after each billing cycle. You can also find a complete history of all invoices in Profile → Plan & Billing under Transaction history, where every invoice ever created for your account is available.
